The Dry Diggins Music Festival is an event held at the Auburn, Ca Fairgrounds. While not technically in Nevada County, it's close enough to make the list. This year's festival includes Groundation, Dirty Heads, and Kyle Smith. With 13 performers, there's something for every reggae fan at this festival.
